What everyone asks

Why just one page?: Because whoever looks you up isn't browsing — they're checking you're real and calling you. One page has everything they need, in order, with no choice to make about where to go next. If you really do need more, we'll tell you.
Is the site mine?: Yes. The content, the photos and the domain are yours. While the maintenance is active we handle everything; if you decide to leave, we hand over the domain and the complete site at no cost.
Am I tied to anything?: The monthly plan has no minimum term — cancel whenever, just tell us before the next charge. If you choose to pay the year up front, you're buying those twelve months whole, and that's why it's half the price. And within the first 30 days from delivery, if you tell us it isn't working for you, we refund everything you paid, setup included.
How long does it really take?: Forty-eight hours from when you send us your photos and details, not from when you first message us. That part's on you and we won't rush you: some people send everything the same day, some take a week to round up the photos. The day it lands, the clock starts.
What if I need more pages?: We can, but it's quoted separately: those jobs start at $890 and we look at each one. Before selling you something like that, we'd rather tell you whether you actually need it.
What changes are in the monthly?: The details: phone, email, address, hours, prices, your services, a line that's gone stale. Send it on WhatsApp and it's done within two business days. Redoing the design or adding new sections is a separate job — we look at it and tell you the number before we touch anything.
What's the brand guide?: A short PDF with your colors, your typefaces and how your logo goes. It's so whoever prints your cards, your storefront sign or the lettering on your truck uses the same thing your website does. We hand it over with the site and it's yours.
I already have a domain. Do I lose it?: No, and you should keep it: it's on your cards, on your truck and in Google. We use yours. If you don't remember where you bought it, we'll find it together on the phone.
What about my work email?: We don't touch it. Your email keeps working exactly as it does today. All we need from the domain is for it to point at the new site. Nothing else.
Will I come up first on Google?: We won't promise that, and be careful with anyone who does. We set the site up so Google reads it properly, but nobody controls positions. What we will promise is that whoever already looks you up finds something serious and can call you with one tap.
Do I need to know computers?: No. If you can send a WhatsApp, you already know everything you need.
