If you use the form: your name, your phone, whatever you tell us about the business, and — if you fill it in — the name of whoever referred you. That's it — we don't need your email to call you.

If you ask for the 24 guides, then we do ask for your email, and nothing else. We use it to send you the code you sign in with, and to tell you when we add new material. We don't ask for your phone for that.

Along with that, we record which page you wrote from. It tells us what you were looking at when you decided to reach out.

If you message us on WhatsApp or by text, that conversation lives on your phone and ours, under the rules of whichever app you use.

To get back to you and quote you. Nothing else.

We don't sell your information and we don't hand it off to anyone so they can sell you something.

If you left your email for the guides, we write when there's new material and that's all: no email sequence, no weekly newsletter, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.

The form goes through Web3Forms, which emails it to us, and it's logged in a Google spreadsheet only we can open.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs visits at the server level the way any host does.

The fonts are served from our own domain, so opening the page doesn't ask Google for anything.

Since August 2026 there are two measurement tools. We name them because there's no reason to hide them.

Microsoft Clarity records how the page gets used: how far you scroll, where you tap, where you get stuck. It's how we fix what isn't clear. Whatever you type into the form is masked in that recording — we see that you typed, not what you typed.

The Meta pixel tells us whether you arrived from one of our ads and whether you wrote to us afterward. It's the only way we know which ad works and which one is money down the drain. Meta also uses it for its own advertising, which is their business, not ours.

Both leave a cookie in your browser so they don't count you twice. If you'd rather they didn't, any blocker stops them and the page works just as well.

This page has links that take you elsewhere: the sample work you can open, WhatsApp, and the review backing the testimonial. What those sites do with your information isn't ours to control, and each one has its own rules.

We won't drop you into a daily email campaign and we won't pass you to any third-party list.

Nothing we measure carries your name or your phone. That only reaches us if you type it into the form or write to us yourself.

Three things of ours, and they never leave your phone: whether you picked the light or dark theme, whether you've already seen the guides notice, and — if you asked for access to the portal — the email you signed in with, so we don't ask again. All of it clears when you clear your browser data.

And the cookies from the two tools above. Clearing your browser data wipes all of it.

As long as there's a conversation open or a job running. Tell us to delete yours and we delete it.

Everything travels encrypted and the tools we use are the ones any serious company uses. That said, nobody honest will promise you absolute security on the internet: we do what's reasonable, not what's impossible.

If an authority requires it by law — a court order, a government agency — we hand over what we have. It's the one situation where this leaves our hands without you deciding it.
